The initial assessment session to assess suitability for either CBT or IPT will be charged at the normal rate. If either approach is not suitable, then Walnut Tree Therapies will either offer you person centred counselling or signpost you to what would be most helpful to your recovery.
Charges for CBT or IPT are £75 per hour.
The cost for person-centred counselling is £45 per hour.
If your personal circumstances mean that you cannot afford this, then please let me know as I do offer some concessions.
Out of hours and weekend appointments are available.
All therapy and counselling sessions last for 1 hour.
